Attending courses during the Medical University Days

The Dean's order regarding the instruction day of April 14

 Dear Students,

I would like to inform you that the Student Councils of the University of Pécs, Medical School and the Faculty of Health Sciences organise the Medical University Days this year from 12th to 16th April, 2010.
In the scope of this event, particularly on 14th April, high standard programmes will be held with the participation of many students. Therefore, the President of the Student Council requested Dean’s Holiday for this day.
I acknowledge the request of the Student Council. However, since according to past experience, many students would like to attend classes – due to the numerous cancelled classes on the spring national holiday – negotiating with the Student Council, my order is the following:

There will not be an instruction break on 14th April, although to support the event, those students who would like to participate in the programmes are not obliged to attend classes, that is they cannot be rebuked in any way for their absence.

Pécs, 25 March, 2010.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Péter Németh
