Dear Students,


We hereby inform you that in the current epidemiological situation in order to protect your and our colleagues’ health, the personal customer service in the Registrar’s Office is temporarily suspended from November 23, 2020. Therefore, we kindly ask you to handle your administrative issues with the Registrar’s Office electronically, via-email or phone.

Please note, that personal meeting may be possible in particularly reasonable cases, but you have to first arrange it with your administrative officer.

Please also consider, that preparing and issuing certificates requires time, so in case you need a certificate, please request it at least 3 working days before you need it.

As a reminder, we are sending the contact information of the administrative officers based on the year of admission. When you contact the office, please make sure to contact the officer, who is designated for your admission year.
